Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
The User has the right to withdraw from this contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which the User or another person - other than the carrier and designated by the User - takes physical possession of the products.
I. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent by postal service to: scorpionshopit@gmail.com
If the User chooses this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal via email.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the User must send the communication regarding their withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
To be entitled to a refund, the item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition in which the User received it. The User must also return the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

The product must be shipped without delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date the User received the item.
The User will bear the shipping costs for the return of the item. These costs are non-refundable.
It is specified that, in the case of replacement of the returned product, depending on the location chosen by the User for delivery, the time required for the delivery of the new product may vary.
If the User is shipping an item worth more than €30, they should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Seller will not be responsible if the product to be returned is not delivered for any circumstance.
III. Effects of withdrawal
In case of the User's withdrawal from the sale, all costs of the items ordered from the Seller will be refunded, excluding shipping costs (except in cases where the return is due to damages from the initial shipment, seller errors, defective product, etc.), without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the User will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.
Once the return is received and checked, the Seller will inform the User of the approval or rejection of the refund via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the User's credit card (as a chargeback) or to the original payment method.
The Seller may suspend the payment of the refund until they receive the products or the User provides proof of having returned them.
The refund, in the case that it is at the customer's request (therefore not due to damages, errors, or other under the seller's responsibility), corresponds to the amount of the item(s) excluding the fees that the site or payment method used retains (averaging 3.5%).
IV. Delayed or Missing Refunds
Users who have not received the expected refund are invited to first monitor their bank account and, if necessary, contact the company that issued their credit card and their bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially recorded. Returns through the sellers' automatic service are often displayed as "chargeback", not as "credit".

V. Replacements
The products offered on the site comply with the current national and community legislation in Italy. The images and colors of the products published on the site may differ from the actual ones due to the local settings of the systems and/or tools used for their display. In case of non-conformity of the purchased products with respect to the description published on the site and in case of a faulty or defective product, the customer is entitled to a refund (and return) or replacement of the non-conforming good. The Seller will follow up with communication indicating the refund method, which may also occur through discount vouchers for the next purchase exceeding the value of the goods to be refunded, excluding any further liability of the Seller, of any kind.

VI. Limitations on the right of withdrawal
The Seller does not accept the return of products that have been clearly personalized, ordered for production, or assembled upon express request of the User. Likewise, items for which an invoice has been requested. The latter, therefore, will not have the right to any replacement or refund.
The issued refund will not include the fees of digital payment processors that retain payment portals and methods (% variable based on the method)
11. Warranty and conformity
The Seller will deliver the goods that correspond to the description provided to the User in the purchase contract and will be responsible for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery or that manifest within two years from delivery.
In order for the warranty to be valid, the User must report the conformity defect to the Seller within two months of discovery, by contacting Customer Service at the email address scorpionshopit@gmail.com. In the absence of such communication, the warranty will be considered void. The report must contain an accurate and complete description of the alleged defects.
Customer Service will inform the User how to return the product.
The User has the right to request free of charge, when possible, either repair or, alternatively, replacement, an adequate reduction of the price, or termination of the contract pursuant to and within the limits of Article 130 of the Consumer Code. According to paragraph 10 of Article 130, in the case of a minor defect, the User will not have the right to terminate the contract.
In any case, defects of conformity resulting from damage due to accidental events or from improper use of the product by the User - understood as outside the scope of its intended use - are excluded from the legal warranty.
12. Intellectual property rights
All trademarks (registered and unregistered), as well as any and all works of the mind, distinctive signs or names, images, photographs, written or graphic texts, and more generally any other intangible assets protected by laws and international conventions on intellectual and industrial property, reproduced on the site remain the exclusive property of the Seller and/or its predecessors, without the customer deriving any rights from access to the site and/or from the conclusion of purchase contracts. Any use, even if only partial, of the same is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Seller and/or its predecessors, for whom all related rights are reserved exclusively.
13. Applicable law
Any dispute arising from the application, execution, interpretation, and violation of purchase contracts made through the Site is subject to Italian law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980) is excluded.
