Shipping policy

Shipments are made with the couriers of Poste delivery/sda or Brt (depending on the type or if national-international).
All packages are tracked (with code entered at order fulfillment) with a theoretical arrival as per contract in 3-4 working days from the shipper's logistics exit in the national territory (mainland); 7-10 days international.

Any delays after the tracking is entered are possible for multiple reasons and are due to the management of the shipper; Scorpionshop has no control over the shipment after delivering the package.

Order fulfillment is within 24 hours for in-stock items, while the production timing for ordered products (due to type or lack of stock) depends on the supplier.

Storage and redeliveries

If the package is not collected, a storage fee will be opened at the local recipient's office. The storage fee is €5 + VAT, and after the collection deadline, the package will be returned to the sender with the charge of the new return shipping and the storage fee.

In the case of a package returned to the sender due to failure to collect or incorrect address completion, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

It is not possible to ship to P.O. boxes. You can possibly modify the delivery with the options available in the tracking and pickup point in your area.
