Cover in genuine handcrafted carbon for the inner part of the turbo 500 Abarth gauge; installable on any original gauge.
VARIANTS:
- inner ring cover (classic carbon or twill);
- lens with scorpion (white background but retains the color of the light of the gauge model, shift up for example will be orange).
The ring is to be applied over the original while the lens is a replacement for the original.
INSTALLATION:
To remove the gauge from the car, the cover must be detached. It has a screw under the inner arch and two behind the light switch (only the left one is needed to detach the housing from the dashboard); it is therefore recommended to remove the cover of the light switch for easy access to the screws.
The gauge has 3 cross screws at the back that hold it inside the cover and the cable to be disconnected.
With the gauge in hand, disassembly is very easy.
To access the inside, the outer ring that holds the glass in place with tabs (just resting) must be removed. From here, it is possible to apply the ring cover over the original.
Meanwhile, to replace the lens, it is necessary to unscrew 3 more screws from the back of the cover, accessing the electronic board; here is the last screw that holds the internal structure. To remove the lens (resting), it is therefore necessary to detach the tabs from the white side and replace everything.

The “twill” model is made with carbon and linen for coloring.
Like all handcrafted items, it may have imperfections due to the manual nature (misalignment, bubbles, small dirt, etc.). It is handmade, not vacuum-sealed or baked.
